Another important factor to consider for rack selection is the type of mounting. The Casters or Levellers are made to transfer Point Load, while the Plinth transfers the Distributed load. Say, if the load on the rack is 1000 kgs on 4 Levellers, the Point Load on Leveller will be 250 kgs, Floor design to consider this Point load Requirement.
