Ethics & Code of Conduct

NetRack Enclosures Pvt Ltd is committed to conducting its business in an ethical, legal and socially responsible manner. The NetRack Supplier Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements for NetRack Suppliers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and all other third-party companies which constitute NetRack's supply chain & Sales Chain This Code is based on our internal requirements which we adhere to for all of our daily activities. Our Suppliers are expected to fully comply with this Code and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the countries in which they operate and in turn apply a similar code of conduct to their own suppliers.
Compliance with the Law

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in all areas where Supplier conducts business.
  • Conducting business in a way, which distinguishes your ethical standards and establishes controls to satisfy them.
Ethics
  • Corruption or bribery, in any form, will not be tolerated.
  • Must comply with all laws and regulations on bribery, corruption, and prohibited business practices.
  • No gifts or offers of gifts to NetRack employees to influence business decisions.
Respect for Human Rights
  • Treat all employees with respect and dignity.
  • Regard each individual's privacy and rights.
  • Prohibit violent behavior including mental cruelty, harassment, discrimination, gestures, language, physical contact, and exploitation.
No Tolerance for Discrimination
  • Promote equal employment and business opportunities irrespective of race, religion, age, nationality, skin color, gender, gender identity, disability, pregnancy, marital status, political affiliation military status, or sexual orientation.
  • Commit to actively support women, minority and small disadvantaged owned businesses.
Labor and Wages
  • Prohibit use of forced or involuntary labor of any type. Employment is voluntary.
  • Shall not exceed maximum number of work hours as governed by local laws.
  • The use of child labor is prohibited. No person under the age of 15 (or 14 where the law of the country permits), shall be employed
  • Furnish fair compensation and comply with all applicable wage laws, including, but not limited to those relating to minimum wages, overtime hours and all applicable regulations.
  • Respect the right of free association of employees to join employee organizations or trade unions.
  • Gifts and Courtesies
    • Employees are discouraged from Giving / accepting gifts or courtesies, of any value, from any current or potential suppliers.
    Health and Safety
    • Provide employees with a safe and healthy environment in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Implement reasonable and effective occupational health & safety measures.
    Environmental protection
    • Operate in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards with regards to environmental protection.
    • All required environmental permits and registrations are to be obtained, maintained, and kept current, and their operational and reporting requirements are to be followed.
    Management System
    • Establish management system which is designed to ensure (a) compliance with applicable laws, regulations; (b) conformance with this Code; and (c) identification and mitigation of operational risks related to this Code. It should also facilitate continual improvement.
    Record Keeping
    • Suppliers must maintain documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Code and must provide NetRack with access to that documentation upon NetRack's request.
